Great book with a lot of information about the gut-brain connection, proper diet, how to reduce stress, and much more. I particularly appreciated the explanation of the vagus nerve and its role in connecting the gut and the brain, understanding the impact that gut health can have on mental and emotional well-being. There is practical advice given throughout the book so you can live a healthier, less stressful life.

Transform your life through your gut!
"Gut Health For Women" is an amazing resource for improving your overall health by focusing on how you treat your gut. The author did a great job of explaining the gut-bran connection, how we can eat better, exercise in certain ways, and many other things that positively affect the gut. I especially liked the zen chapter which included yoga exercises that were very easy to follow along. The included PDF with pictures made this an even better listening experience. The 5 steps at the end of the book really gives a simplified overview of what needs to be done to improve your gut health. Highly recommend!

Everything good Starts with a Healthy Gut.
Wow. This is a gem. A really great resource for addressing issues related to gut health like weight problems, bloating, constipation, skin problems, mood swings and much more. One thing that i really liked about this book is on how well it was structured the author was able to format it in a simple and easy to understand concept for everyone. She also included a list of foods to avoid, the benefits of pre and probiotics and the many benefits of physical fitness, meditation and breathing exercises. So if you are having symptoms that are related to gut health and wants to know how you can relieved those and wanted to improve overall health, this is for you. Highly recommend it. Very well done.

Well presented and great information
This book is well-presented and organized in a clear concise way. Gut Health for Women gives specific information on diet, foods, and various insights on improving gut health. The book also does a great job on how your gut health can improve your overall well-being. This book made me very aware of my body and conscience about what I eat. Nice that it included a PDF too! Highly Recommend!
