Sexy, smart and gritty.

It has great exercises. Much of it is sensuality and connection focused. There are exercises for solo-practice Tantra, as well as for couples. I've been using this book for years, and recommend it to friends and partners allll the time. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I love that the book offers exercises for Tantra with yourself, as well as with a partner (or partners). I've found the book to be helpful and enlightening, and I recommend it to anyone who is curious about this path.
