An enlightening listen!!

This book started off with some great useful ideas and tips on self betterment and improvement. Then section 3 happened. Wow! What amazing golden nuggets of information!! I was thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to try out some of these tips and tricks for relaxation and as Mel says "an orgasm a day keeps the divorce lawyer away!"
I highly recommend reading or listening to this artwork!

nothing held back

I love the raw truth and advice in chapter 26. This is a topic most people do not cover or avoid. Melissa did a great job of sharing real life experience and examples of things that work. She challenged to you to look at yourself and understand that we're all work in process and perfect all at the same time.

Truly Inspiring

This book has truly related to me in so many different ways and has inspired me. I just like you use to get scared and my way out was to run from whatever it was the was bothering me. I have always been deathly scared of marriage (even though I did get married and had a family) my fear of it not working out came true. This book has inspired me to think differently about all areas in my life and what I want for my future. Not to settle. The importance of womens health. Im all about self discovery and want nothing but true happiness physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
