Beautiful book!

I enjoyed this book so much I finished it within 5 days. It normally takes me one month to complete a book. The topics covered regarding self-love and soulful sex kept me very interested and excited. I think every woman should read this book!

The written version is likely better

Though this book is geared towards a younger audience (late 20s or so), the author does have a few good points. I’ll be interested to see how she grows in her thinking in the coming decade.
However... her reading is painful. I honestly couldn’t get past the first couple of chapters because her cadence is SO exaggerated. It’s distracting and unnecessary; that hyper-feminized, sing-song style of reading is completely unnatural and unnecessary, making the points seem silly and saccharine. Honestly the producers should have corrected this before publication.

Not for me

Young and a bit LITE I'm afraid. I don't mind cherry picking, just not enough cherries in this one.

Vague content

Tonality and passion of the reader was good. The content was not great. I was extremely excited about this book. I thought the writer was going to take me on a spiritual journey, but the content was extremely vague., providing very little detail. The writing appeared to be rushed and not well thought out.

This Book is Only for a Very Specific Demographic

This book is only for women who a) lack self-confidence and b) have negative internal self-talk, and c) are still menstruating. It was very nice of the author and Audible to make this book available for free, on the other hand if I had paid for it I’d be really ticked.

nothing held back

I love the raw truth and advice in chapter 26. This is a topic most people do not cover or avoid. Melissa did a great job of sharing real life experience and examples of things that work. She challenged to you to look at yourself and understand that we're all work in process and perfect all at the same time.

review

I am a male I enjoyed listening to it. lots practical points. I wish that I could convince my wife to read it. she has the attitude that I know it all. 4 star because I don't believe in magical forces. I agree with all that she says, I don't think you need a special force or shakras to achieve it.
