Incredible audiobook!

Incredible recipes. I have taken in a great deal and have enough certainty to test/consolidate after the primary perusing. Helpful; he turned into a manual for day by day cooking and arranging. Much obliged to the creator for his anxiety for making it, just as wonderful photographs!

Excellent information!

Excellent information! Love the way it is set up with a meal plan for the week, a shopping list and ways to manage “do ahead” tasks to save time. It also plans leftovers into the meal plan. The recipes have been easy to follow. And more importantly, my husband is feeling a difference in his general health from cleaner eating! We are into the second week and have enjoyed all of the recipes so far. I think this book has jump-started a healthier way of eating for our family.

Perfect for inflammatory diseases!! my mom has diverticulosis and was in the hospital for over a week and had to get two surgeries! this book changed her way of eating around!!

I highly recommend this cookbook.

Even if you don't think you need an anti-inflammation eating plan, you will find many delicious recipes in this book. I admit we haven't tried most of them, but the recipes we've prepared have been delicious. There's a solid introduction to the concepts of anti-inflammation diets and the book gives many options for vegans, vegetarians, paleo, etc. The recipes are not super complicated and do not require any weird ingredients. Our naturopath suggested that my husband and I go on an anti-inflammation eating plan. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Delicious and simple recipes! This book has a great layout with shopping lists and meal prep. Well organized and very helpful. It takes a lot of the boredom out of eating the right things.

Very well put together book.

Very well put together book. Great information, clear and concise and friendly; laid out coherently. Great recipes. I learned a lot and also felt confident enough to experiment/combine after listening through it the first time. Very helpful; it has become a go-to book for cooking and planning on a daily basis. Lots of great recipes.

Lots of great recipes. There's nothing bland and you don't feel like you're missing out on anything if you stick to the eating plan. I also really really really appreciate the meal plans and shopping lists. If I can't decide what to cook during a given week, I can just flip to one of the meal plans and it's a corresponding shopping list.

This is a complete guide!

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change. Another plus is that most of the recipes contain less than eight ingredients. So happy I bought this book!
