Don’t skip this book!
I love this bodybuilding bundled book so much. I haven’t finished the audiobook yet but it helped me a lot. The book is so well planned and gives very informative details about nutrition and exercises. I recommend this book to all.

Very happy with this audiobook.
I find the workouts perfect for my level of training. After I get abs with this audiobook and try to put on as much mass as I can. Then I'm switching to a GBC program, and then back to this to keep switching things up. Impressive!

Worth it!
A friend bought this bundled book so we could have a workout to do together. Our goal was to put on a lot of muscle. It worked! For those who know how to work out, but have maybe lost direction, this book gives you a selection of great programs to choose from. Great job by the narrator.

Stay motivated!
Very detailed but keeps it simple. Lots of barebones techniques combined new creative twists and ways to transform your body no matter the goal. Although I implement machines at the gym, he teaches you how to make big changes with just barbells and dumbbells'. I definitely tailor my workouts to info I've learned from this book. It's great to have a good bundled book like this to keep trying new things and stay motivated.

Best fitness book I have ever come across!
I could read hundreds of fitness-related articles and watch numerous videos online and I would never get back the time wasted on those sources... I'm saying this because I've done those things.
This audiobook has everything you need to either get back into shape or be ready to compete in a bodybuilding competition. All the exercises have a quick and detailed description and purpose.

This book has become my fitness bible!
I found this book on bodybuilding is fantastic and takes the mystery out of proper diet and exercise. About half the audiobook is contest prep, the other half is a guide to routines, detailed exercises, and plans for every skill level. I've been using his guidelines for my own contest prep - I'm a female competing in figure - and have seen excellent results by following his plan. Anyone interested (male or female) in getting a better body should give this book a listen.
