This book is so, so good. I'm in the process of founding a nonprofit arts center, and was floundering around on how to get started until I read this book. All of a sudden, the path to getting going was clear and I've made a lot of progress. If you're starting a nonprofit, I would definitely this have book; it's a great primer.
