Advertisement for their business

Very little information and lots of advertising for their business. I don't think I should have to pay for advertisements.

Waste of time

Decent motivational book. However the author spends the majority of time with plugging her own law firm, filler words and repeating herself.

Good information from the author’s personal experience

The author provides information based on her own personal experience, but otherwise this is an infomercial.

Fundamentals are Vital

This is an amazing book for starters who usually wonder know how to start a nonprofit, and what is most important in the beginning phases. The book would had resonated better with me if the audio resembled more of how the author might sound like.

This a great nonprofit 101 resource

I highly recommend this book for those of whom are considering getting a nonprofit underway. Also, this is a great resource for those who just received their IRS tax exemption status and are wondering "what do I do next?" Overall, its a very good step-by-step on what to do to achieve your goal of becoming a legit nonprofit. For those complaining about the numerous plugs for the lawyer, I feel it is 100% OK and I did not find it too annoying.

Starting a 501c3

This is an excellent resource for those wishing to start their own 501c3. It confirmed what an attorney friend told me about the risks of trying to form a 501c3 on your own. It's not worth the risk and this is clearly communicated in this book. It's a great resource for any 501c3.
