Loved this audio
I highly recommend this audio. Wow, a 4 hour session with one of the most educated doctors in our country of both western and eastern medicines. What a bargain! He teaches in a style that is easy to implement and his voice is strong, steady and calm all at the same time. I first read his books over 20 years ago and I’m grateful for it because he had a profound influence of the way I’ve lived and taken care of myself. Life Changer
I have read a number of books on meditation and breathwork and this one is my favorite. The rest were too technical, but this one is not to complicated so as to overthink the whole thing. The techniques are powerful and have been effective for me. It is turning out to be the best addition to my daily routine especially in the morning. It also got me a great deal more interested in the ways of integrative medicine.
