If you've used alcohol and want to rid yourself of the self defeating trap, this will calm you and build the confidence you need to stay on the right track. Thank you Erick Brown!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Stop Drinking Self-Hypnosis?
While I have never been a large consumer of alcohol, I reached a point where I knew it was time to just stop including it in my definition of having "fun" and "relaxing". Easier said than done when all social gathering seem to encourage it. It's helpful to hear a (qualified) person provide the support you may be looking for to encourage you to improve your health, decisions, and your life.
