Excellent meditation on track 2

These tracks contain music, affirmations, and a meditation. Whenever I can't sleep, I listen to the meditation and it knocks me out. The other tracks and beautiful support for reprogramming, too.

Just Right!

Refreshing, different and sufficient for daily or frequent listening without being overwhelmed!
I like the flow of the book from introduction, choices of affirmations and the fact that it is backed up with good rhythm and music.
Only time will tell if it helps.
However just listening to this makes me feel peaceful.
