The author is extremely knowledgeable. It's rare to find someone who has the medical background and the spiritual background and is willing to share everyday things. Very resourceful book. She even shares names of books, other sites, even names of some brands.

Her talks are always inspiring for me.
While some ideas might feel revolting, they are still worth knowing and keeping them in the back of mind, for we may like them at a different time.
