A good book for all genders

I read the Kindle version of this book years ago. I decided to listen to the audible version of this book after purchasing it on the anniversary of Louise Hayes death. I enjoy the book and I've encouraged many people to read it. I believe if Louise was alive today she would expand parts of this book out particularly concerning harassment of individuals. It is no longer just one group that is the source as it is now spread out in all directions. I myself have received it from both men and women. and those that identify as neither. The lessons in this book can be applied to everyone in today's (2022) world.

great book

so this is different than the one hour title also called empowering women by Louise Hay, they have some similarities but I own both books and theyre different enough. I ended up returning the empowering women gift collection and the empowering women lecture but the audio books are good.


I appreciate the narration by the beautiful dr. Christiane Northrup. I actually had no idea who she was at first when I looked at this book because I was looking up Louise Hay books, then I remembered I had seen her in Louise Hays movie (you can heal your life). I have now purchased five audible titles by dr. Christiane LOL. she has such a soothing voice.

the book truly is empowering and enlightening, no man-hating here.

Something wonderful to think about

This book is just what is says. Empowering women! Good listening and very interesting. I was born in 1958 and it describes the way women my age where brought up. I evolved on my own but this book justified the changes I made in my life. The herb spoken about from North Mexico Baja is very interesting. For I have two daughters. I would so appreciate the name for the book doesn’t have it. Thank you and great job

Great Essential Book

This book helped me so much to create a structure for my organization while I applied the tools recommended for my own improvement. I really enjoyed this book.

Not the original

The reader doesn’t have the same spirt as Louise Hay
I had to turn it off
She made more of a propaganda versus empowering I have studied Louise Hay for many years and her voice is so soothing was disappointed
