Very useful before a flight

What a great way to overcome fears about flying before a flight. I listened the night before, a few nights in a row. I woke up the day of the flight and felt ready to board. It's a change and a nice feeling.

Good before a long flight

I normally do fine on short flights, it's the long ones that can make flying a little difficult. Listening to this before and sometimes during the flight helps tremendously.
