Love it

Very helpful and very specific with facing fear of flying. 35 years old male who finally want to face it. Will buy a book if available.

Fear no more.

I have had a fear of flying for longer than i care to mention. I have tried a few other books but most are so damn long and complicated...this was different. Straight to the point and has now enabled me to take two flights with very very little anxiety.
