excellent book

very well narrated.
just about the best 1 hour guide
1 thing I really liked is that: it tells you to stay away from people that don't work hard.
in order to keep your energy high. nice one!

Not exactly acurrat.

Its filled with allot of things that are just general knolege or completely false. Sorry author, but you can not die in the astral plain. Fear of death in the astral plain should not be a precaution you should worry about. It is after all, all in your head. The author also assumes this is a religious practice and you should practice praying or asking help from Jesus or buda... I kind of knew I waisted $3 when I heard that. If you are looking for alternative methods or detailed descriptions on how to astral project, get another book. I would not recommend some one new either as it sets you up to think about this in a certain way.

Great beginner's guide!

I loved this book because it is very straightforward and to the point. Definitely a great intro to the topic of astral projection or O.B.E.s. I highly recommend it!

very general

very general stuff you can find surfing the net, or stuff you find on YouTube. it will not teach you how to astral project. it will just give you random crap about what you may or may not face in the astral. listing to this book really made me wonder if the author experienced astral projection, or simply copy pasted some random clippings from articles about it, along with some cliches from TV series. the performance was good though, voice clear and very articulate

Great

Short but informative. As a better foundation newcomers should start by reading the 3 books written by Robert Monroe

not so how to beginner's guide

It starts off with what I feel is an unwarranted warning. A proceed with caution would be much better as individual experiences may vary greatly. The author makes a few claims that I don't agree with, but I'm ok with that, however I'm not overly fond with his claims being presented in a factual manner.

I did get a few new ideas from the early how to section on how to project, but then the author makes big leaps into vague concepts.

The book as a whole has a light peppering of Christianity. I'm not overly unhappy with my purchase, but I'm not keen on calling this book a guide.

I do agree with the author that you should do more research.

vary interesting and informative

it's a short guide but covers a lot of ground by the end you will know if you want to keep going down the rabbit hole and where to start.
