It just ok, pretty basic information

I was looking for some specific exercises how to develop the psychic skills. There are 2 exercises mentioned, and the rest of the book focuses on the importance of meditation, affirmations and trust in your own abilities. Very basic in my opinion. I am looking for a book that has a lot of ideas and techniques how to practice it. This book is not it.

Good Overview

It was very short so I was able to listen in one sitting while taking notes. There is some good explanation about the different types of psychics. Also the exercises for enhancing abilities was specific and helpful. admittedly I'm not a sit and meditate for long periods person, but he said it's OK and gave tips on how to focus for longer and longer time. excited to put this in action. I am at the information gathering stage and this was my first real book on the topic so may be incredibly basic to others. Also, there wasn't alot of depth to any one area. Again just a good intro and overview.

Can't say I learned anything from this book. Very, very basic...Unless you have no idea what astral projection is, this will be too elementary for you.

Excellent Guidance!!!

Just as anything in life, you have to learn how to walk before you run. Jen does an excellent job of pointing you in the right direction! The basics are a foundation to Psychic abilities, and this begins exactly where it should, and guides you through the psychic universe!

Great for beginner, not too intimidating. I didn’t feel discouraged and felt like it’ll be a fun place to start and begin practicing the simple exercises.

love the narrators voice. the book didn't have as much as I would have liked. but for $3 I can't complain.

Short book, expensive, but helpful.

It is as a short book and not very detailed. it was a bit rushed and short for the price. I was expecting more information. but the information was helpful.

Short but sweet

I honestly wish this was a bit longer and a little more in depth, because it is one of the most useful books on psychic development I’ve found. There are some great exercises in here. I recommend.

Informative

This book had lots of information on the different types of abilities. It also told you different ways to awaken and strengthen your abilities. Perfect for someone who is just learning about psychic energy. I recommend listening to this book at least once I did twice.

Started slow but ended well

At first i thought oh what have I bought was it just another way of learning about abilitys and then 10 mins in some interesting things and i ended up actually enjoying the book its short enough to come back to when needed and listen again

It was far too general, I don't feel I know how to strengthen my psychic abilities at all. In fact it was more like a glossary for the different psychic abilities.

Everyone has a psychic moment here and there. I was inquisitive whether or not I could mature these instants into something extra. This book has a lot of great information. The author starts by explanation the different kinds of psychic abilities with excellent definitions. Then he moves into how to tell whether or not you are psychic and how to develop these abilities. There are exercises that you can do that can help you too.

This was really enlightening & informative

I enjoyed this audio book immensely & it has started me believing in more about spirituality & psychic abilities.

I don't think I would purchase the book if I knew what I know now.
It's an OK-ish book, but I have hardly learnt anything.

validation of my disappointment in psychics and the whole woo woo industry.

"Listen to Idiot Brain", "bad science", "13 scientific phenomenon that science can't explain" , etc rather than woo woo..I was mislead by the reviews, I just wanted to know if there is something real. Its utter nonsense, if you are a skeptic and have a scientific take on things, but a real eye opener if you are more into woo woo stuff.
