Publisher's Summary

Improve your social skills, control your emotions, and handle difficult people.

Emotional intelligence has been proven impactful for decades, and has been philosophized for centuries, as a prudent way to get ahead of your competition as you ascend to leadership positions. In addition, it improves your mental health, emotional stability, and personal relationships.

Keep practicing. Emotions should always work for you, not against you. There is no need to counterattack every attack against you, or declare yourself a victim of someone else's horrible scheme against you.

You must own your emotions and use them for the good of your own health and personal successes. Do not be troubled by the low EQ of the people around you. Rise above it all on a wave of emotional intelligence.

In this audiobook, we will discuss how you can train yourself to have a higher Emotional Quotient (EQ), learn where you can apply it for maximum benefit, and determine whether or not it is being practiced against you for dark purposes by the antisocial members of our society.

Insightful

The book tells about every type of difficult people and why they react like this and what are their signs. Plus it gives very clever tricks on how to tackle them. I am applying all the tricks at my office and I can say it works. Even I saw some behavioral change in two people. I thank Wallace Foulds for sharing such valuable tips and recommend this book to all people who are facing such issues.

Ever Wonder...

I'll be honest, I hate annoying people, and it can get really hard to get along with them. But this book convinced me that being annoyed by them will not help me and that I should try dealing with them another way. It has been a really great help, and I definitely recommend it if you're like me and can't deal with difficult people.

Practical and easy to follow!

This book had a ton of great tips on how to interact with those that we find ‘difficult’. The information was practical, relatable and easy to put into use. I like how simple and straightforward the book was written and am looking forward to trying some of the tips in this book with the next person whom I find challenging.

Really great

Emotional intelligence becomes more important in your career and life as it really determines how you can handle people and success in future. High IQ with a lower EI is of now use as it will not help the person reach its optimum potential. The author has written the book in a very simple and easy manner.

Figuring out intelligence is really cool but I have come to learn that it is also pretty subjective. This book was a great read. I highly recommend.
