Well Worth It

A really good guide on Stoicism, combined with some excellent life advice. Other books in this niche seem to just re-hash teachings from the Stoic forefathers. I like how this one integrates modern day life lessons in with the timeless wisdom from Zeneca, Aurelius, Epictetus etc. Strongly recommend.
