Publisher's Summary

Master emotional intelligence.

Have you ever heard of emotional intelligence? Do you want to know yourself deeper? Do you desire to have absolute control of your emotions and those around you?

Emotional intelligence is one the most valuable skill that a person could possess. Learn how to become a master of this skill and live a happy and fulfilled life!

Success in all spheres of life is tied to how much and how well we control and take charge of our surroundings. Taking charge of your surroundings will mean that you are in the right headspace to take on problems, whichever way they spring up. All of these rely on your emotions.

Many people misconstrue what emotions are about, and most conclude that only the weak get in their feelings. It takes a strong person to fully accept his or her emotions and channel it the right way to achieve greater success. It has been concluded by researchers that emotional quotient (EQ) is just as important as intelligence quotient (IQ), if not more important.

In this audiobook, you will find ways to:

  • Develop your emotional intelligence
  • Control and take charge of your emotions
  • Be more aware of your emotions
  • Communicate better with people
  • Build better relationships
  • Have a comfortable working environment
  • Progress professionally as you can coexist better with others
  • Be more aware of what others are feeling and act accordingly

Having the ability to understand what you feel, adjust to it, and make better decisions is important. Also, being aware of the next man’s emotions and not acting only for your gain is a show of true heroism. Even if you’ve never been emotionally aware, it is something you can learn, build on, and become better. EQ is something you can learn at any point in life and do great.

There is so much you can learn from this audiobook that will help you live a better life on all fronts. Along these lines, if you’re ready, prepare to completely change your knowledge about life and emotional intelligence!

Very directional and helpful audiobook

This audiobook focuses mostly on the importance of teaching emotional intelligence to children. I was hoping it would help me become more emotionally intelligent but that didn't seem to be the purpose of the audiobook. still, it does a great job emphasizing the importance of emotional intelligence

Such a great audiobook for us.

I have greatly enjoyed being able to listen to this and learn on the go instead of having to struggle over listening to big words. I loved the audiobook, it was really hard to get through though because the narrator was really monotonous.

There is a lot of information in this audiobook.

Great psychological insights! If your willing to look in the mirror and be honest this audiobook will help you improve your level of emotional intelligence. I especially took to heart the parts resisted to child-rearing, being a good leader and also the relationship chapter.

The audiobook is enlightenment

A lot of good information is shared here. I found, for myself, that listening to this audiobook while following along made understanding this complex topic easier. I learned a lot of the early on the importance of educating children in emotional intelligence to help lower the risk of future depression, alcohol, and drug abuse and to help them succeed more in life

Excellent audiobook that everyone should listen.

this audiobook is phenomenal in the message. the only part I didn't like was the narrator sounds like a dud listening to a audiobook. if everyone in the world took the information in this audiobook to hear the world would be much happier and peaceful.
