Don't Bother!
and don't pay with dollars like I did, you can't get your money back! He does not specify enough details to recreate necessary treatment protocols except for with a Joovv device. And even then he doesn't discuss distance adjustment for array size.

19minutes for the whole book most of that is repeat. no instructions on how to use. I want my Audible credit back.
