A New Perspective on the Power of Plants!

I loved Kelley's book from start to finish! He talked about things I never thought of. I didn't ever think about the times to eat water dense foods. I was very interested also in what he had to say about protein and eggs. It makes so much sense that we don't need as much protein as a baby cow or other animals. I had never heard it discussed using a growth comparison, the way he did. I also am glad he talked about lactose intolerance and explained it in a way easy for me to understand.
I am going to listen to the book again and recommend it to my Healthy Living Group. I highly recommend Kelley's book. It is honest, courageous and very impactful!

The difficulties can be explained in simple way

Are you a lover of healthy food and looking to take your wellness journey to the next level? If so, I have found the perfect book for you - "Plants Saved My Life" by Kelley Gilberry. This book is similar to "The 80/10/10 Diet" by Douglas Graham, which transformed my opinion about healthy food two years ago, but without extremes. The author embraces eating grains and pulses. In other words, it’s a compromise between what I usually eat and the 80/10/10 approach.

I really liked the author’s recommendation to eat within the interval between 11.00 AM and 7.00 PM. I also appreciated the author's recommendation to consume 70% of food with a high water content and 30% of food with low water content.

I agree with the opinion that nature has never made any mistakes; the more natural the food, the better. No one eats dead animals or live fish.

In conclusion, "Plants Saved My Life" is a must-read for anyone looking to take their health and wellness to the next level. Dive into "Plants Saved My Life" and let the power of plants transform your life today.
