Good Book

These are really delicious, really easy recipes. I am do not adhere to a strict Paleo diet. But I found these recipes to be appropriate for just about anyone.

Just loved it

This is a good cookbook for Paleo starters. There are some recipes that I did tweak for more flavorful food. The only down fall is , the recipes are in black & white. A lot of people do prefer color, but I can't complain. I got it for the recipes!

Nice book about Paleo Diet. The way how is this book organized is truly smart. You can find any information really quick because it's organized very well. This book is great it has a lot of useful information about the ​paleo diet. I love easy and healthy recipes. At the end of the book is 14-day paleo diet challenge. I can not wait to get started.

I got this for a buddy who is very careful about health and nutrition. She likes this book and is listing so much more. Recipes are simple and tasty. Elements can be seen at any local market....

I've read a for books of Paleo diet and have a fairly good understanding of the diet.However until I read this book, I didn't have a clear idea how to start cook straight to the point and was easy to follow/

Easy Start, Healthy and Delicious Paleo Cookbook

I can't wait to try the recipes in this book. They look delicious and appetizing! The Paleo diet is the healthiest and most weight-loss effective one I've ever used. I plan to stay on it for the rest of my life!

Delicious Paleo Cookbook

Paleo diet is widely known all over the world and also for me its one of the best diet in the world so listening to this book it gives me an easy to guide to start Paleo diet and also it gives tips and tricks to help my body adjust to Paleo diet easily. Glad to listen this book....

This book is full of great information and recipes. Luckilly, I don't need to lose any weight, but I am using her suggestions to take my health to the next level. The best part for me were smoothie recipes. Totally recommended!

AWESOME RECEPIES

This has some great recipes. A great little book with just what I need! Going wheat-free has been tough especially when it comes to bread and crackers! This book gives some select recipes for exactly that without long lists of ingredients. it is informative diet book
