Ridiculous to the max😂

Lol omg! It’s like the plot of a really bad action movie ( something with Jason Stathom😆). Having said that, well lots of people love that kinda thing. I think if I had been younger(15 instead of 30) this possibly could have become a guilty pleasure book for me. Also The female narration while not bad def missed the mark for a streaky action romance. Her prim older voice just adds to the outrageously *face covering* ridiculousness😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣👌🏻‼️

If you want to hear GD every other then this book is for you. I had to stop listening after 15 minutes.

Mafia Obsession (Arranged Marriage - Dark Mafia Billionaire Series) is the highly anticipated Luca Sovrano's story which I have been waiting for since we met him in Mafia King (Michael Sorvano and Karma West's lovestory.)
I absolutely love this authors writing style and how she creates these characters that are their own alphaholes with redeemable qualities and females who are cool beans with witty sense of humor. I loved the banter between Luca and Jeanne and how the author includes movie characters and quotes in these books. So much fun. I love the term "Dickwaffles" which Jeanne used as a curse word. Lol. Each of these books keeps you craving more and loving each one more than the previous ones.
The plot is addictive, romantic, highly suspenseful, and smexyness all swirled together to create a exciting read/listen.

Aaron Shedlock, CJ Bloom excellently bring this romance to reality. Aaron's deep tone shows Luca's character. C.J. Booms confidence is exuberant and portraits Jeanine's character perfectly. Her inflection is smooth and easy listening.

I really enjoyed reading/listening this book, as I ended up falling in love with Luca and Jeanne. What a couple!!

First we have the exhibitionist, the domineering, commanding persona of the Cosa Nostra's capo, in one corner and in the other is the sweet, chilled, calm jazz dancer and actress, who sees the world in an innocent way, thrown together. What could possibly go wrong.

He swears like....Well like a Mafioso

She doesn't swear.....just like the nuns taught her in Catholic school.

He loves to use blindfolds and whips, spanks, while bound and then has sex with his women where everyone can see him!!

She's as vanilla as they come and has never had oral sex to date!!

And never the twain should meet!!

Except thanks to Freddie, they DO meet and all so they'll do the deed many, many times as he records them.....hmmm. Can anyone see where this might all go?!?! Who here thinks Freddie is going to get what Freddie wants?? Anyone?? Nope?? Me neither 🙈🙈🙄🙄

This book is funny and gritty, more so than any of the others so far and is definitely my favourite.

And adding to the experience are two of my favourite narrators, Aaron Shedlock and C. J. Bloom!!

They both have a great range in voices and accents and really bring the characters on page alive.

However, this is the first time that C. J failed with one!! The "accent" she did for Freddie was all wrong. I know that she was attempting a cockney accent and having lived in Essex for the last twenty years, I've met and are friends with several people who were originally from East London and none have ever sound like that. She just went a little too far as it became unbelievable and a little annoying and insulting.

But other than that the performances where fantastic.

As for recommending I'd say that would be a yes on both audio and book. 👍😉

This one out of the series had me in tears, the whole series is well worth the credits.On to the last one.

Amazing

Oh how I enjoyed this couples story. With great characters that have a lot of chemistry I can’t get enough of this series. Well written and a fantastic performance from both narrators.
