Fascinating

These chapters contain some fascinating facts about the ketogenic diet. I wish I had done all the research myself, but since I don't have time for that, I was happy to just have someone read to me.

Aside from all the facts, the tone and the whole way the book was narrated was just professional, so that's why I'm going to give it such a high rating. Thank you.

This is the keto book I wanted

It explains all the basics and more. I was a bit surprised by the chapters that went over the different kind of keto diets (I didn't know about those), and some other ones I don't remember. Nice.

Nothing wrong with this one

Get a keto diet book. Sure. Well, you might as well go with this one then. It has everything you need to know in under an hour. Cheap, Short, But definitely to the point.

Couldn't have asked for more

This is everything I wanted. The ketosis process is well described. The low-carb basics are all in there. And that's not all, even though it's short.

Interesting things

I like listening to books like this, and this one did not disappoint. I honestly recommend it, if you're looking for a short keto book.
