This one includes a chapter with information on the benefits of pressure cooking. I was stunned to have this pot roast come out about as perfect as I could get it. Clean and the flavorful juices stay in the pot throughout the entire process.

This is a great listen! Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight. I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want.
