Great audiobook!

Would you listen to The Lemon & Water Fast again? Why?

Packed with priceless information and tips, this audiobook explains the basis and benefits of one of the simplest diet techniques I've ever heard of: The lemon alkaline fast. Apart from offering great information, it is clearly written and narrated, and also very easy to understand. I am looking forward to promptly putting this information to good use!

Any additional comments?

I highly recommend it!

yeah right

seems to have a lot of information that can be very helpful however, combined with known inaccuracy such as "you can never have too much vitamin c" leaves you wondering how much of it you can trust.
