good book

The Keto Meal Prep Manual: Quick and Easy Meal Prep Recipes That Are Ketogenic, Low Carb, High Fat for Rapid Weight Loss. Make Ahead Meal Planning and Prepping Cookbook for Beginners by Andrea Adams was a good book. This book had many helpful tips and tricks for meal prepping.

Good variety of recipes.

I’ve started trying the recipes and they’ve turned out really well so far. The instructions are easy to follow. I think the prepping instructions could be more clear.

Brief explanations..

This meal prep guide is to show you the way in getting this done the right way. It will not take long or would be difficult to adopt meal prepping as a routine. All you really need is accurate background information and guidelines. I've had so much fun working my way through this book.I had also liked some of the salad recipes too.

Family is satisfied!

This mean prep book by Andrea Adams is a fantastic read. I'm currently on the go and never have time to think of a meal to feed myself and my boyfriend every day. The food in here is delicious and easy to make. My boyfriends already have seen an improvement in my repertoire. It's a book I definitely recommend.

It will really help if you start out with a small time-frame for two or three days, no more than a week at first. do over-complicate things trying to prepare the most elaborate, fanciest meals.

I am glad I bought It.

The book is written well and the photos are incredible! My favorite recipes were the salmon patties, green omelet wraps and chocolate cookies - easy to make and they taste delicious. Also every recipe comes with the meal macros, so it’s easy to follow the veto diet. I would also recommend checking out Andrea Adams blog for even more recipe ideas!
