It provides a variety of recipes for meals for I appreciated the fact that this book isn't about the latest diet fad or losing those last five pounds. You find out which foods will give you more energy and help you feel stronger. The book also includes clean eating plans that you can follow and recipes for a variety of foods .every part of the day and offers tips on how one should prepare them. Highly recommend who want to loss weight.

This is a great book to listen up on how to eat healthier. it is in no way a diet book and that's just my opinion. I really had no prior knowledge of Meal prep just that to stay away from most processed foods. Eating organic now makes much more sense to me and I'm going to grow my annual summer garden and incorporate some of the information about growing organic this year.

Great resource.

One of the best things I love about this book is that it's enough food. My wife and I try to plan our meals, but we are never really satisfied. The recipes in this book are awesome and in the perfect amount. Easy to make them and I can take them for lunches too. This recipes satisfied me a lot even when I tried to purchase it, its price was affordable.

AMAZING BENEFITS!

Meal prepping... "where do I start?" My question exactly but oh.my.gosh, does Jiannes do an amazing job breaking it down. She gets to the ROOT and the WHY of meal prepping ... all of the many benefits. She efficiently opens your eyes up to the world of meal prep and all of the AMAZING BENEFITS that come along with it. She is opening your eyes up to a type of healthy lifestyle. I truly feel that this book has been purely such an authentic and genuine introduction and "best warn up ever," if you will, to the "meal prepping game." Best way to loss weight weight. Best in my mind.

This book is awesome!

This book is awesome!!! Not only are the recipes delicious but she really breaks down the best, resourceful way to meal prep. She explains why each week is broken down the way it is. You really do learn a lot of the “why” when it comes to meal prepping, or cleaning up your diet. This book is well organized she really sets you up to succeed in your eating goals to loss weight rapidly. Highly recommended.

Loved this all foods!

Healthy, filling, and great tasting recipes! I can't stop cooking. This is a fantastic book. I love that it lists the nutrition for each meal. I am very health conscious. The recipes in this book are well balanced and provide steady energy for my active body. I ordered two more books from this author - instant fan! Well balanced.

Enjoy listening and make this simple recipes.

This book provided a great overview of meal prep. I liked that there were several different options for meals per week that you could choose from. While I haven't tried many of the recipes yet, they all look and sound delicious. It's a great guide for someone who wants to learn how to meal prep, with easy to follow directions, suggestions and recipes.
