lives up to it's promise

I'd recommend this book if you're interested in making exercise a daily routine, but lack the willpower and discipline to make it happen.

After the 3 weeks of this challenge I found myself more active then ever before without thinking about it too much, just some little lifestyle changes. Golden!

helpful book, pleasant narrator

What did you like about this audiobook?

I bought this book together with the 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge to get back on track after an unhealthy period. The challenges start easy, most days are easy really, but all the little changes and realizations add up after 3 weeks. Good one!

No More Excuses – There’s Always Time To Move

Another good and motivating book from the 21 Day Challenges. If you find daily exercise to be a choir, you may view things differently after listening to this book. Recommended!

Easy to follow and understand.

I particularly appreciated the suggestions for building self awareness of behaviors and the motivating idea about how small successes can build on each other to influence success in other areas of life.

not your usual exercise guide

I thought this book gave great insight on how to live a more active lifestyle. The day-to-day exercises taught me to look at physical activity and exercise in a new way. Recommended!

Unique approach to exercise

I don't have much discipline and often give up before even trying, but this approach, having a small and realistic task every day works for me. All the small changes and activities really add up after 1+ weeks and I'm feeling much better. Cannot recommend this series enough!

weight loss

This is a good book if you're looking for motivation to be more active and loose weight. I like the tone the author takes, though by the end I was ready to be done with the book. I might need a 21 Day Challenge to stick to a 21 Day Challenge.. ;)
