Opinion

This "Killer Cardio and Lower Body Program" is not well described. During the program you are will need light to medium hand weights (which isn't a problem for most but according to their description "NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED" you will not be prepared for it).I am not a very in shape person but am familiar with what a good workout consists of. It's a good quick workout but not very challenging. Personally I like when descriptions are accurate as to what you are purchasing.

Great workout!

I am a professional dancer. Working out is something that I have to do in addition to my job and it can be challenging to find a good, quick workout that I can fit into my busy schedule. Yes, the author does suggest weights, however, if you do not have them you can still do the workout. This is a great workout for people who are already in great shape, understand exercise, and just need a quick, little workout from time to time when their schedule permits no more. I highly recommend it!
