Just not for me

Carrie has a pretty good story telling voice, but over all the book just isn't for me.

I got a handful of take-always from listening to this book. It was a little heavy on the explanations of workouts that would have been better in a fitness video than a textbook. A lot of stress on eating vegetarian/healthy on the road instead of ordering room service, and that’s not something I personally need help with, but I’m sure others do! It was worth the listen, but not necessarily something I would listen to again or recommend to just anyone. Love the fit52 lifestyle mindset!

Such a wonderful and motivating book! I loved that it was narrated by Carrie!! Wow! It’s nice to have a new perspective on eating healthier and taking better care of yourself. I learned a lot too. I highly recommend! Thanks Carrie!!

Relatable!

Although I workout and eat well, I found the book helpful and relatable. I especially appreciated the workout variations and the recipes. I will turn 52 next Feb. so I like the thought of Fit52 not just next year, but for life! Thanks Carrie and friends! :)

I love this book

Thank you carrie Underwood for writing and breaking down so many of your tools and recipes. This book is a game changer. It's heartfelt and very relatable. It's nice to no even a super star like Carrie Underwood struggles in the say way as so many of us do. So many people think oh she's a super star if I had her kind of money I could look like that to. Lol but in this book you see carrie isn't spending thousands of dollars on a personal chef or gym equipment. She's budgeting and counting calories, really putting in the work. Thanks for the motivation. I truly didn't want this book to end . Great job God bless.
