There are so many good examples of common issues parents have faced, or will face, with their child, and her advice for dealing with these tough situations is applicable immediately. Performance-wise, Dr. Becky clear and soothing. I could listen to this book each night to fall asleep (in a good way).

As a single parent and a psychotherapist, this is the parenting book I've been hoping for. Learn how to give your kids the emotional support they need to feel good inside, and feel good about your parenting, even in the toughest moments.

I enjoyed this more than her Instagram, or podcast. a great resource for parents looking for a guide to parenting without corporal punishment.
