Excellent, As Usual
Dr. Orloff is so easy to listen to and she gives such great recommendations, suggestions for improving your life if you are a highly sensitive person, and/or empath.

Enlightening for me
After listening to it I have a clearer understanding of empaths. I am 43 and am just realizing I've been one all my life. Looking back I realize I had felt very out of place and my energies were scattered. For many years I had tried to bury the energies of others that really overwhelmed me. This audio has helped me immensely- I am able to recognize now that when I feel others pain or anger I don't have to own it, I can practice the exercises and change the energy. It's very enlightening. I did choose to buy this audio before reading her primary book but I'm going to buy the audio to that now.
