Enjoyable audio book
Very intriguing audiobook it enhances the importance of emotional learning in our society. It is not academic and very easy to read or to listen to. It taught me a lot about myself and my emotions and how to deal with both.

Enlightening
This audiobook should be required reading for everybody! Our world would be transformed if the application of this information ever became institutionalized. Taken seriously, this book can help you evaluate yourself and reveal ways to grow and develop in ways you may not have ever considered. Great book!
