Self-help book not academically helpful

This was a good book with many helpful and useful tips for improving conscientiousness, however, I was a little put off by the lack of research put into this book. I think it is a great book for someone who wants a basic understanding of the topic, but for people who are looking for more advanced information, this book is not the book for you.

Great narrator but blah book

The book was full of information. It wasn't too long. but it lacked that special something that really inspires and motivates.
