This books explains why the other books aren’t working for you
I’ve read all the classic business books (Bolt-one as the author calls them) but struggled to understand why I couldn’t get them to work. This book help ed me discover that each is a different tool for a different place and goal. He also identified that my response to feedback it what ultimately is slowing down any improvement. This was the best investment of of 2 hours in my business. I highly recommend it

So great, i'm reading it again
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
As the President of a founder led food company this book really opened my eyes. Alex offers solutions and tools that help with the challenges I face every day. Fast growing entrepreneurial companies often face challenges that can slow, hinder or stop growth. This book offers numerous strategies and tactics to help you face those challenges head on. I'm listening to the Audible version for the 2nd time because it contains so much information. A great read.

Insightful and Relevant - I read it TWICE
Many of the leadership principles covered here are intuitive if one takes the time to really think about what factors create a successful organization. The great value of this book is that it lays out these leadership principles in a clear organized format, providing practical solutions to pitfalls that may arise in any leadership role.
For example, understanding that “having a healthy relationship with feedback” is a core requirement that a leader most possess in order to move a business or organization in a positive direction is one of the important concepts identified and discussed. Written with humor, personal insights and clarity, this book would be a valuable tool for business and organization leaders. Fantastic book!
