One of the best books on Wholesaling Real Estate

In my opinion I thought that this book was very well done. I could tell that the authors actually put effort into writing this book unlike a lot of the cheesy low class books on wholesaling that there is out there. This is a great book for the beginner and the authors did a good job of not just sugar coating everything. They gave you situations to be aware of and how to handle them. Very well written in my opinion
