Actionable steps - Finally! I've read a ton of books real estate and most seem to be full of fluff and concepts without much in the way of steps to take. Just finished and I'm taking action immediately because it's easy to do when there's a map and a plan to follow! Thanks Todd.

This book was so helpful for me as a new wholesaler. I listened to it several times while driving/sleeping/gyming and took notes. Gonna apply these principles TODAY and close my 1st wholesale deal in less time than I expected. This book will help build your self-belief and confidence to take on the market.
