Good. These guys are real.

They're really in the business (as someone who is also) and I learned some things I hadn't taken as seriously before but realize now I need to. Recommended for beginners and novices alike.

Very Informative

Contained a lot of great information, not just about wholesaling, but about rural estate investing and running a business in general! I will be using it as a reference moving forward. The narrators made a lot of mistakes, but they were cute.
