this book is way better than I thought it was going to be! It is for people who are just starting out and for the ones who have been negotiating for a while. It goes in great detail on simple and advanced strategies to get the very best deal in all situations, whether that be in a traditional transaction, investor transaction, institutional transaction, direct with the seller or negotiated through a agent. This book is a 10 out of 10!

One of the most information packed two book I’ve ever read!
Mark Ferguson and team did an excellent job of giving chunks of information as well as providing easy to digest examples of how to use it. There’s so much information in this book that I’ll probably read this once every month or so!

A must read for every buyer and seller!
This book explains the negotiating process in a well laid out and detailed manner. I recommend reading 3 times through and combining their methods with Chris Voss' which are in his book, "Never Split The Difference". Negotiating is like a muscle that needs to be constantly worked and built upon. Enjoy the journey!
