Dear family, friends, and positive spirits,
Do you feel like most of the news we consume these days on television and on social media feels like doom and gloom?
I did! So I decided to crowd-source stories, mantras, and quotes that I felt inspired by while doing my daily meditation.
I’m Sandra Centorino, the positivity practitioner, and for several years, I recorded and shared my bite-sized “Doses of Positive Energy”. More than 1,000 of my mini podcasts have touched the lives of people around the globe.
I am humbled and blessed to have made personal connections with people who reached out to me to tell me they listened and that the messages inspired them and gave their day a surge of positive energy.
My friends and family encouraged me to turn what I thought was my fun little project to spread positivity into a book and an audiobook!
I believe that “some things are meant to be taken in small doses”, making it easy to listen to.
