Great book for the inward-thinking entrepreneur.

Learning to speak the language of your customers is a crucial element of doing business in any field.
Lingo presents a set of unique tactics and perspective that allows you, as the business owner, to understand your customers on a deeper level.
This book has a lot of useful techniques and strategies for changing the way you think, and ultimately honing your mind to understand people in a more productive and introspective way.
The author spoke slowly at times, so I placed the audio at 1.25 x speed for the majority of the book.
All in all, great book! I look forward to more from this author!

Get this book.

It’s intimate, relevant, thought provoking, mind blowing and eye opening. This isn’t all about the author. It’s a freaking workbook. Thank you for this Jeffery 🙏🏾

Focused and chock-full of help!

Jeffery speaks right to me. He gives me tangible methods to help me see where my weaknesses are. I listened to it twice. Got more each time.

The BEST book ever!

I have struggled for years trying to understand how to share my heart with my customers and speak their language. I didn’t know that’s what I was trying to do but after listening to this book I am clear about what I was intending to do. How many since listened to this amazing offer I am confident that I will begin speaking my potential customers language so that I am reading them on their level and providing a service that they don’t want to live without. Thank you Mr. Jeffrey Shaw❤️❤️❤️

Basic. Best for beginners

This book is best suited for those who’ve never tried building their brand or focusing on writing copy. It shares a lot of ‘What to Do’ but is light on ‘How to Do It.’ For example, the author talks about the importance of learning your customer’s lingo, but doesn’t share how to learn what that is.
