Updated Edition

Muscle Testing is a valuable skill to learn! It is a method in which we can converse with the subconscious mind as well as the body’s nervous system and energy field.

When Tessa Learned Muscle Testing

Tessa learned muscle testing forty decades ago from Donna Eden. She uses muscle testing with each of her life coaching clients. Muscle testing thousands of people, Tessa learned how to use muscle testing effectively.

Helpful Hints and Obstacles

Did you know:
* that if you make eye contact while muscle testing someone, it is testing “our” energy instead of their energy?
* you can thump the thymus when the muscle is testing wishy-washy?
* that the tester needs to calibrate the same as or above the testee on David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness to be accurate?

* Do you know how to zip and unzip someone to show the effectiveness of muscle testing?

Self Muscle Testing Technique

Tessa broke her elbow and needed to be able to muscle test herself. She had to discover another way to self muscle test.

* Bend your left arm. Bring the hand up toward the shoulder, elbow at your side.
* Place your right hand or fist on your left wrist which is near your shoulder.
* Ask: “Show me a yes.” The arm will either remain closed or open.
* Ask: “Show me a no.” The arm will do the opposite, either open up or stay strong.

For Tessa, the arm stays strong. For others, the arm opens.

Reversal is...

When muscle testing, it is possible for someone to be reversed. Reversal is when the arm will stay strong for a “no” and weak for a “yes.”

What Tessa learned when someone is reversed is that the kidney meridian is flowing in the wrong direction. In Traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney meridian is associated with fear. There are various exercises one can do to reverse the reversal, but as soon as the fear resurfaces, the individual goes back into reversal.

She discovered that Rutilated Quartz and Hematite strengthen the kidney meridian. These two gemstones, along with Garnet and Chrysocolla, greatly enhance an individual who has a tendency to go into reversal. Putting these four gemstones (Rutilated Quartz, Hematite, Garnet, and Chrysocolla) in a pouch for the client is useful for those that have a tendency to go into reversal.

The Author

Tessa is a gifted practitioner, a life coach since 1996, and an EFT Practitioner since 2000.

What others have said about this book:

* I found this a wonderful, concise description of muscle testing. It does not drag or bog down, just describing how it works, how to do it, and how to keep from doing it wrong. I appreciate there is nothing too vague or ethereal in the explanation.

* Learn to muscle test on yourself properly. I discovered just the right technique for me. And I was able to overcome some obstacles that were causing me to get mixed results. This book is excellent for people who want to muscle test themselves.

* Well written and informative. Excellent job!!! I've used muscle testing on and off for years without understanding what was happening and not happening. Tessa gives clear, simple instructions with a variety of different ways to test; with another person or by oneself. I highly recommend this book and author.

* I have not had consistent success previous to this book with any testing, perhaps because I do not feel confident in my own ability with them (obstacle number 8). I did very much appreciate learning the bent elbow self test which I learned and used quite easily as soon as I read the description section of it.

* Excellent Book! Okay, this subject matter might be a little esoteric but the way it is presented is not. Well written, fun to experiment with the drills and experiences presented.
