JUST WHAT I NEEDED

Michael Pollan's Food Rules was recommended by my doctor as a must-read to go along with my weight loss journey and newly found love of cooking from scratch. I wanted to know at the details of the book BEFORE purchasing and that is exactly what I received with this short analysis. Barnes and Nobles here I come!
