NLP Success

When it comes to reprogramming our subconscious minds, one of the most powerful things we can do to save our precious energy reserves is to stop ruminating and use that precious energy on things more more with our time.

There is a kind of “go with the flow” vibe to this book but that seems to come from the author’s direct experience with encountering such difficult metal merry go rounds like overthinking.

It’s refreshing to have hacks, habits, methods, and strategies that work to dissolve rumination from someone thats gotten in the ring with these sometimes painful mental distractions.

Covers a ton!

Whoa - this audiobook covered so much more than I realized it would. In two books in one, which I did know. But each book has a ton in it! Different habits to overcome procrastination as well as what is behind procrastination. It did cover cutting which surprised me but it was informative. Each book also finished with some meditations.
