Practical path to finding inner peace

The audiobook covers the skills to relieve anxiety, building a recovery plan, how to handle life’s setbacks, and personal development. It was enjoyable to listen to and covers a wide range of topics for self-improvement through practical exercises. I found the writing exercises with examples at the end of the chapters helpful for changing mindset and rethink my own situation.

The author goes into the details and definitions behind panic attacks, phobias, anxiety disorders, feeling unreal, OCD and PTSD to start off by identifying the problem. The book breaks down 4 different types of mental chaos, from paradox of choice to the emotional costs associated with materialism and cluttering. The book goes into meditation and breathing exercises which is perfect for beginners. The chapter on radical acceptance hits it home for me and was most helpful, but there are plenty of gems throughout to achieve inner peace!

Lots of detail + several meditations at the end!

This was an enlightening listen. I learned a lot about the traps the mind can fall into when it comes to over-analyzing to the point that it can really cause harm in a person's relationships and productivity. This book offers plenty of practical steps to take and real-world examples. My favorite part is the abundant meditations at the end of the book. What a lovely and totally appropriate thing and include in a book like this.

The power of mindfulness and meditation in overcoming Overthinking

Wow. I really enjoyed listening to this, the author discusses several things that are relevant and explained it in easy to understand manner. First is about phobias and how to differentiate it and how it affects us in so may ways. He also discussed other causes of anxiety like GAD, OCD and PTSD and differentiate it to panic attack, also worth mentioning is “Feeling Unreal” and how it was related to anxiety, which is something that is new to me. Also i found the topic on Decluttering , negative bias and mindfulness very helpful and relatable, how “Habits” (different forms of Breathing) can help declutter our mind. But what i enjoyed the most and what i think sets this one apart to others is the inclusion of ASMR-white light (Meditation) which is something i am doing/using for years now also i like the fact that they incorporate breathing into meditation and then theres visualization which has many applications from relaxation to application in public speaking (building self-confidence)..The work on this audiobook is nothing short of extraordinary, i highly recommended it. 5 stars all the way !!!
