We often hold in anger and don't even realize it, thinking we are helping others, when we aren't.

GREAT BOOK.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It helps you give yourself permission to set boundaries, to accept and appreciate yourself and to pay attention to your needs. Upbeat, light and enjoyable to listen to the author... Some cheesy moments 😁, but the messages are clear and feel intuitively right. It's truly for the chronic nice guy/girl who needs to learn how to stand in their power.

Nice book by Dr Aziz it's good book but too long and should write new book very very soon

Great book with step-by-step action plan

Highly recommend this book to anyone even if you don’t struggle with being “too nice” in your life. It’s a bit on the long side and somewhat repetitive but the content is really on point and Aziz has a helpful action plan to start asserting yourself and voicing your needs more in your own life. Awesome work Aziz!
