It is very elegantly composed by the creator. Writer worked admirably of composing. I might want to bring up that it doesn't paint the dad as a lethargic and oblivious. I play out the stance, care, and morning mental warm-up activities constantly.

I went through years of abuse and this audio-book gave concrete steps for recovery. The narrator breaks down very easily and in detail the abuse and how it effects one.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone (effected or not) as it helped save me from a major mistake I was about to make. I also recommend family members/friends of those suffering from narcissistic abuse so they can better understand what is going on in our lives, our heads, etc. The author breaks down very easily and in detail the abuse and how it affects one.
