The World Wasn't Ready For Him!
The audiobook on Dr. Sebi's holistic health philosophy introduced me to natural healing, but I found his remedies and recipes better suited to a hard copy for practical use. This experience showed the need for auditory and visual resources to fully understand and apply his teachings.

Informative tips
Dr, Sebi studied herbs and healing the body. He was completely self-educated.His diet is really a vegan diet .You cannot eat any meat or animal products while on this diet. Also no starches, only alkaline foods that produce acid.
