Be More Healty With This Book!

If you have an obesity problem, you eat badly, your doctor told you that you had to change your diet, you have joint problems, in short, this book is for you so that your life and your body are more in health. Nutrition has always been important for good health. You are what you eat like the book says. Nutrition can cure except for certain incurable diseases. Book talks about healthy diets with advice.

The book also talk, you are what you drink. It is better to drink water than soft drinks or sweet juice or alcohol if you want to lose weight. And drinking plenty of water daily as the book says, there are benefits. Chapter 5 talks about sleep and its importance. Chapter 6 talks about the danger of the air, pollution, what we breathe. I found the book interesting. It touches on everything about health: food, drink, sleep, air and skin. Listen to it to find more.

Great Guidance for Staying Healthy

This is a great book which provides a roadmap and the tools necessary for optimizing one's health. It simplifies the understanding of what the cause of our ailments might be and how to address the root cause to achieve optimal health. It provides a holistic approach for overall health to include a focus on good nutrition and a healthy gut. I have started using the recommendations and can already feel a significant difference in gaining energetic levels. This is great listening for understanding your health and then practicing it to achieve perhaps the 'Blue Zone' longevity aspects.

Loved this book!

As a 60-year-old needed this book, you are never too old to start looking after yourself. I found this audio to be full of useful information and has given time the inspiration to change my life this is a life-changing book for me, especially as it's audible and the narration is just brilliant to follow and covers a wide range of health issues. So well done to the author

Helped me reset my mindet

This was a great audiobook if you are in a bad headspace and need a reset. It will change the way you think about life from day to day. Highley recommend.

Absolutely Needed!

I absolutely need this information. I love to eat really. Neglecting the most important thing that I need to do and that is to make healthy choices when it comes to food. We are what we eat explains well how sickness can put us down because of eating unhealthy foods, poor diet and lack of physical activities. It's nice to listen to this kind of resource which makes me aware that I need to change my lifestyle. I need to take care of my health. This book is highly recommended I should say to every person. Learned a lot and absolutely full of meaty information. Good Job to the author. Nice Narration too.

Great for optimizing your health

This book is well written. I liked the random facts that are thrown in throughout. The author touched on multiple subjects regarding how to optimize your health including the pollutants in the air which I was not expecting. Great book!

Must read if you want healthier life

Do you want to live healthier? You need to read this book. We all hear of a saying we are what we eat, but are you ready to apply this to your life? Are you sinking in what this statement means? It’s funny as humans we always think sickness and death only happen in other people’s lives, not ours until something goes wrong. I understand everything is uncertain but one thing we can try our best to control is what we eat, what are we taking into our body. If we are not careful our body is going to start showing signals that we are not taking care of it. This book is gonna help you tremendously on what you should eat and drink. This is easy to read and very straightforward. Follow this book guidance step by step to get your health back. It is never to start taking care of your body!

This is Powerful!

This audiobook has all the main items to hit when you are looking to elevate your well being to the next level. I really enjoyed the insight into sleep topic as I am very keen on deep sleep/REM stats off of my fitbit; this book has some more information for me to keep in mind. There is plenty of information in the book - some that I will have to revisit as it will be relevant as one grows and forms different routine as life presents itself. A great listen and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Eric Oji!

What a valuable book. You can get healthy or heal yourself if you follow the information in this book. Filled with great information and facts to guide you to a healthy lifestyle. I am going to do it for myself and I’m going to recommend this book to family and friends. You don’t need to buy 100 books on health, just get this one and you’ll be good to go!
